Manitoba PIHCI Network Primary Healthcare Research Partnership Award
MPN is pleased to announce the awardees for the first cycle of the MPN Primary Healthcare Research Partnership Award. This award has two categories: Research and Team Development (maximum funding of $3,000 per application) and Practice Innovation (maximum funding of $7,000 per application).

How to apply
The Manitoba Primary & Integrated Healthcare Innovation Network Primary Healthcare Research Partnership Award is to promote new research collaborations in the development of patient-oriented research projects focused on primary and integrated healthcare.
Who can apply for this award?
•Researchers in the early stages of their research career
•Graduate students
•Partnerships with community groups or members of the public are required
Note: that at least one team member must have a university appointment in Manitoba.
Award Categories
The MPN Primary Healthcare Research Partnership Award has two award categories:
- Research and Team Development (maximum funding of $3,000 per application);
- Practice Innovation (maximum funding of $7,000 per application).
Competition Deadline
This is an open competition, where applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until all funding has been awarded. Application review will be done in batches.

Patient/Public Research Partnership Network
The Patient/Public Research Partnership Network connects researchers and people with lived experience to collaborate.
Network members receive emails about upcoming studies with partnership opportunities. Members are then able to volunteer for the opportunities that best fit their experiences. Time commitment will vary by study.
